C/Meo

We are in the midst of summer, which means that it is the perfect time of year to live in skirts and dresses! If you are not familiar with any Australian brands, let me tell you that you need to familiarize yourself! Those Aussie designers have got it figured out. One of my favorites (that I can semi-afford) is C/MEO Collective.

The skirt that I am wearing in this week's post is from the brand, and unfortunately no longer available. I have gone through the website and picked out some of my favorite pieces for all of you though! (See more of this in the 'Shop This Look' section!)

If you go to check out C/MEO Collective, you will see that some of their items tend towards being very trendy, which I know is typically against what I share and stand for when it comes to fashion and adding to your wardrobe. If you take a closer look though, especially at some of my picks below, you will see that they have a lot of pieces that have a classic silhouette, but with an updated twist. This is honestly one of my favorite things to find when it comes to adding new pieces to my wardrobe, and something that is not always as easily discoverable. I think that this is the case because it is even hard to put into words what exactly I mean by classic, yet updated. It is one of those things that I am always searching for, without really knowing what I want, but as soon as I find it, it clicks. That indescribable feeling I am talking about was in full force the first time I headed to C/MEO Collective's website.
